From experience, I know that growing a brand globally is scary business if you don't know how it all works and so what Little Monsters does for a brand is make those first steps pain free and confident. After working in the kidswear industry for over 30 years, I have worked for small and large retailers, co-founded a successful brand (Rockin' Baby) and finally launched my own brand for boys in 2018: Me & Henry - see below.
I'm experienced in design, production, pricing, marketing, buying and selling.
Little Monsters also works closely with stores helping them buy collections, shipping and customer service. Buyers can book to personally view collections with me or each brands' team.
The independent brands I represent all offer something different to a customer and any new brands I add to the portfolio will continue to show something new and exciting - which is why Buyers and stores love working with Little Monsters.
I live and am based in Central London with my dog Henry but am happy to travel the world to make sure your brand is successful where you want it to be!
Your brand is in safe hands with Little Monsters.
Check my personal experience below.

Following on from the incredible success of Me & Henry I quickly realised there was a demand for the same styling but in daddy sizes! Nothing cuter than the 'Daddy and Me' look - especially in the US.
So quite simply from Fall 19, all shirts, were introduced in S, M, L, XL and XXL - giving the same amazing quality and design but in bigger sizes.

In 2018 I finally decided after years of helping other brands it was time to jump in the deep end and design and launch my own clothing line!

For so long I have seen and heard about the very obvious gap for a good boys brand and so have created a collection for newborn to age 16 which will feature a look I love: clean, classic, preppy and cool.
Now in its 10th season it is in 1000+ stores across the US, Canada,UK and Europe including BELK, The Greenbrier, Altar'd State, SAKS, Bergdorf Goodman and Von Maur.

With a unique 'one for one' charitable giving ethos, the brand quickly grew to a global business with wholesale sales of just under $4m in 18 months.
I was responsible for the strategy, design and production process as well as the marketing and sales with the help of a team based in London and a great network of sales reps and colleagues in the US and Canada.
We also opened 4 successful stores in Japan and won numerous awards.

After a career of mainly buying and designing - this was a new step into a new arena: B2B selling.
Selling maternity and everything a mother might need for a baby to child aged 5, from clothing to gear, JoJo Maman Bebe has 78 stores in the UK with a turnover of £47m.

In 3 years as Head of International Sales, I grew a global wholesale business for this already greatly loved and established British retailer.
Concentrating on North America and Japan I was responsible for all B2B sales and helping the brand become a successful wholesale business and now well known name in the US.

I joined as Head of Buying for Mens and Kids at a very exciting time of growth for this quintessentially British lifestyle brand.
During my year there I was responsible for overseeing the design, sourcing and production of the collections and also worked very closely with HR on restructuring the entire team.
I travelled extensively with the Production Director to set up new suppliers and improve costs, quality and margin.

I started my retail life in 1989 as a trainee at the prestigious and much loved British department store group: John Lewis. With 49 stores and sales of £11bn it deservedly holds the title as Britain's favourite store.
Over the next 20+ years I worked largely in childrenswear and shoes from shoe fitter to floor manager and for many years as Childrenswear Senior Buyer in the head office.
During this time I managed teams of 100+, was responsible for the strategy that created significant growth in all departments plus with a large budget I bought all kids brands for the stores whilst also working with my design team to develop a private label collection.
I worked closely with world renowned sourcing agents: Li & Fung, visited factories in Asia extensively to manage the critical path, sampling, costing and production.
I then took responsiblity for the marketing programme of all departments in John Lewis. This involved window displays, mailers and in store graphics from events such as Easter and Halloween to the Top 100 Christmas Gift campaign.
